The Secret Ingredients that Will Cause People to Give You Money and Make You Rich

These Secret Ingredients Will Cause People to Give You Money and Make You Rich:

1. Give something of value to the world. You want more of the material treasures of life, but are you willing to give something of value in return for them? In checking the lives of over ten thousand famous and rich men and women, I found that the value they received in money, recognition, fame, or power, was directly in proportion to what they gave the world.

Mental energy, time, service, personality, gifts, and creative talents, are all convertible into gold or other things of value. I discovered that the people who give things to the world that help the greatest number attract money easier then those who create for a small group.

The scientists, inventors, and creative minds, such as writers, dramatists, actors, and producers, seem to make the biggest fortunes, because they are bringing products, comforts, luxuries, entertainment and value to millions of people. Find what it is the world needs, and then set to work producing it for the greatest good of the greatest number of people and your fortune is assured.

2. Put integrity and quality into your services or products. The hidden ingredient used by many people is integrity and quality. This applies to whether you make bread of manufacture automobiles. If you want the world to proclaim you, give people these secret ingredients and they will make you rich.

But this also applies to other values than monetary ones; what makes a good friend? Someone you can depend on; his honesty and integrity, his character, stamp him and his actions. This ingredient can be used for winning love and holding it also. In fact, it applies to every creative act of your life.

3. Think of new things to improve and change people‘s lives, and they will make you rich. It was the newness of products like nylon, plastics, wire and tape recording, TV projection, transistor batteries, frozen foods, canning foods, and all the other modern discoveries and inventions, that made them so great. Look about you, in your own work or home, and see how you could improve or change the things about you, and make it easier for people to live, or to enjoy life more. The world will reward you with recognition and money.

4. Work to add to the comfort of people, to raise their standards of living, or to improve themselves, and you will win the support and recognition of others also. People are all anxious to raise their standards of life, and if you can think of some service, or some product to help people in being more comfortable, or having higher standards of living, your fortune is made.

5. If you can add to the world‘s knowledge or show people how they can use their knowledge to best advantage, people will respond to you and give you money. One of the greatest advances in modern knowledge was in the formation of home correspondence courses and this has led to a complete revolution in the fields of education. Now, at home, one may complete his high school education, take a course in mechanics, electronics, hotel management, and almost any other subject. Millions of people enroll in such courses, and million of dollars are spent for books and courses in these fields.

6. If you can show people how to be healthy and eat right, you have another sure means to a fortune. Gaylord Hauser has made a million through lecturing and writing books on these subjects. Elizabeth Arden has built a multi-million dollar business a year, catering to women who want to lose weight and be healthy and efficient. Then there are those who help inspire and uplift people and who cater to a deep-seated need for soul-inspiration, peace of mind and peace of soul. Such workers are humanitarian, and their efforts deserve support and recognition.

One of the best known in such inspirational work is Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, whose books and inspired radio and TV appearances have helped millions. Another, who has made a great name for himself in New York, and whose books are nationally distributed is Dr. Raymond Barker, who lectures at Town Hall in New York, as has overflow audiences every Sunday morning. In the new Philharmonic Hall of Lincoln Center in New York is Dr. Ervin Seale, who inspires those who hear him with his programs on right living, right thinking and spiritual philosophy. Both of these men may be heard on radio in New York City, where they speak to thousands weekly.

7. If you can build people‘s egos and make them feel a sense of self-importance, you will win a fortune. Dale Carnegie wrote a famous book entitled How to Win Friends & Influence People and founded an institution on public speaking and self-improvement that is still making a fortune long after his death.
Josephine Dillon, who trained Clark Gable and who discovered and made Ely Culbertson famous, was such a dynamic, inspired woman. She was able to make people project their talents to the world through her technique of training. Lee Strasberg, the noted drama coach, who is responsible for over fifty of our greatest Broadway stage and movie successes, is another such person who has a knack for bringing out the ego in another person. When the late Marilyn Monroe‘s will was read, it was found she left half a million dollars to this great teacher for helping and inspiring her.

How To Become a Millionaire

We breathe in a society where the intellectual story tells us, "You need go to school so that you can get a job so that you can build wealth. And after working for forty five years you can retire and live well."

This is the story that is advised to us by our parents, friends and teachers. But is it true till today?

The evidence on the ground shows us that work does not necessarily equal wealth. Most people are not wealthy; they work long hours and have little to show for it, that is the fact. And when they retire, they don't usually get the rosy picture the cultural story tries to portray; instead they get to survive on a meager pension.

So what happened? Why is the information we are getting not getting us the desires we are having, as far as wealth goes? Why is it only a few people who seem to get wealthy and financially free, and why is it that the knowledge they seem to have appears to be so elusive? The answer is simple.

The education system in place today was created in the 1800s. It was designed to give people the skills to work in industries, offices, and so on. It teaches working skills, not wealth-building skills.

Even today, you will learn a lot in school, but one thing you will not usually learn is how to get wealthy and financially independent. All they tell you is, "Study these skills, get a job, and you will get paid."

If you go to school to learn to be a doctor, they teach you how to be a doctor, but not how to create wealth. If you learn how to be a chef, you will learn that, but not how to create wealth.

Do you see the picture now? The masses are not taught how to create wealth. They are taught how to have the skills to work for others or for themselves, but not how to create wealth and financial freedom. For all intents and purposes, the vast majority of them are attempting to create wealth without a clue of how it is done. There is nothing wrong with them; they are just not equipped to achieve the goal they set. You always have to have the right equipment.

Here is a quick list of the main ways to become a millionaire:

• A part of all you earn is yours to keep. If you give away (spend, buy stuff, pay taxes, whatever) everything that you earn and are left with nothing, you will obviously not accumulate anything. So, ensure that, no matter what, a part of all that you earn is yours to keep, not to be spent on bills, purchases, taxes, or anything else that doesn't earn you more money. You must start keeping (saving) at least 10% of all that you earn. Pay yourself first.

• This leads us to the next point. Control your expenditures so that you are able to keep at least 10% of all that you earn and you are able to live without running out of money, the financial blood of any financial system. The only way you can do this is if you know what your money is doing, where it comes from, where it goes. You must start keeping records, specifically a budget, an income and expense statement, and a cash flow statement. You don't need to be an accountant at all, or even close. You can do all this automatically with very affordable software such as Microsoft Money or Quicken.

• Once you have started saving at least 10% of all that you earn, you must make it multiply, bear children, grow, and work for you to make you more money. This is where you begin to multiply your money. You let your money bear more of its own kind - more money! In other words, invest it well and it will make you more money than you can possibly do yourself. And when your investments bear fruit, don't eat all the fruit! Re-invest most of your investment gains back again - this is the only way it will grow in leaps and bounds. By the way, invest in high return investments. Get yourself at least 20% annual compound returns. They are easy to get and they are safe.

• Preserve your capital. You cannot grow anything if you will be losing your capital. Now, understand that it is the nature of money that you will win some and lose some. No one, not even the greatest investor in the world, can guarantee success 100% of the time. Accept this fact and relax. However, you can put in place strategies to ensure that your capital losses are mathematically managed so that they are easily offset by your gains. This is the area of money management and asset protection, and we will look at it later in more detail. Also, it goes without saying that if you wish to preserve your capital, don't get into anything before you have studied it to know and understand why and how it works. "Investing" your money based on hot tips, stuff you saw on TV, your cousins chat with you last weekend.. that will get you into trouble. Find out for yourself first; do your research, and don't just take what the "experts" say. Get in there, get involved, get your hands dirty, and find out for yourself. If you don't want to do that, then the only other way out is to get a very well qualified advisor with a proven, verifiable success track record in that particular field to tell you what to do and what not to do. Don't just get any advisor out of the yellow pages and go with them without checking their performance record and references and so on.

• If you have a home on mortgage, which many people do, convert it into a profitable investment. As it is, most people hold homes that are actually liabilities to themselves and assets to the bank.

• Insure a future income. Structure your financial affairs so that you progressively systemize the making of money and wealth. This will free you from having to be present or having to hold a job. You will have created a system whereby your money works for you and brings you both, cash flow to use now and when you retire, if you wish to retire, and ever-increasing wealth.

• Increase your ability to earn more. You will always earn based on what you know, what you are aware of. If you are not aware of a certain opportunity, you will not even recognize it. So, increase your ability to earn by making it a habit to continuously upgrade your knowledge. Over half of all Americans hardly read a book after they finish college. Of course they will be stuck in time if they aren't making any mental progress. They will be stuck in a day that seems the same, the same old same old, a day that seems to repeat itself. You must upgrade your knowledge consistently - we live in a universe where change is the only constant. You have to move with the cheese. Gain financial intelligence and financial responsibility.

• Cut your taxes down to about 10% of your income. For most people, taxes are the biggest expenditure they face. Most people pay almost 50% of their income in taxes (income tax, corporate tax, sales tax, fuel tax, and all the other taxes they pay all add up to almost half their income). If you can put in place strategies to save you about 30 - 90% of the taxes you are presently paying, and this is what most wealthy people do, you will have a lot of money left over to invest. Mathematically, our economies can do very well with 10% taxes. The reason why we pay so much is government mismanagement, waste and expenditures that don't make sense.

• Have multiple streams of independent income. This doesn't mean having many jobs. It means creating income streams that are independent of you. This gives you free time, more money to invest, and the ability to earn from one income stream when another may be down. The cycles of money are that you have up time and down times, and multiple income streams enable you to insulate yourself from the downtimes (or even profit from them) and take advantage of the uptimes in many different areas.

• Avoid bad debt (debt that harms you) and use good debt (leverage) to help you grow in leaps and bounds. Have compound interest on your side, not against you.

• Create automatic money systems. These will give your finances a life of its own. It will become a self-maintaining perpetual system with a strong foundation and ability to grow. Some of the systems you will need to create are an automatic saving and investment system, automatic debt reduction system, automatic giving system, automatic personal finance management system, and so on.

These things are all easy to put in place. All you need is to look at the right information and apply it. It is simple, but you do need to change the contents of your mind. The thinking that got you where you are now is not the same thinking that will get you somewhere else; it will be a different thinking. You will need to acquire new information and apply it and that's it.

A Million Ways to Make a Million Dollars

There are a million ways to make a million dollars. You can take any activity and someone has made a million doing it. Even to the professional vacationers that send in reports to the travel agencies, you can make money doing anything! What I hope to share with you in this article is not so much what to do in order to make money and increase your prosperity, but rather how to think about what you like to do and see the money-making possibilities within it!

We are never so limited as our imaginations make us. One of the most important topics we work with in the Keys To Power Mastery System is the topic of underlying assumptions. And here is why. If you assume that the only way to make money is to work for someone else, then you will never consider the idea of running your own business. And if you assume that there is no way to make money doing what you love to do, then you will lose out because of that assumption.

Underlying assumptions go a lot further in their effects on our lives than with our prosperity, since everything we think we know about the world is in one way or another a false assumption. For centuries, humanity assumed that the world was flat, or was the center of our solar system and the universe. We assumed that speeds over 30 miles an hour would kill us, or that no-one could possibly run a mile in under 4 minutes. All of these assumptions have been proven false, and many more will be proven false once we start to test their true validity.

But back to the topic of prosperity. Right now, there are many different ways you can make money that you are not even aware of. You have valuable skills, talents, knowledge, or aptitudes that you can use to trade for the things you want in life. You've no doubt heard the suggestion that you should follow your passion when deciding on a career. And the reasoning for this is that if you are passionate about the task that you are working on, you will do the job better than someone who isn't passionate about it.

While you and I may not be passionate about plumbing, and would not be very good at it because of it, there are many people who find the subject absolutely engaging, and do a wonderful job accordingly. Although I'm passionate about photography, and do a very good job at it because of my passion, there are many people who try to make money as a photographer, but cannot make a living at it because they are not passionate about it, and the quality of their work shows it.

Most of us have many passions. We are not limited to only one interest in our lives. What then, should we focus on in order to make money. Here is where I had the greatest difficulty. There was one question that I stumbled upon that really solved the problem, however, and that question is: "How can make the biggest contribution to the world?" Another way of phrasing that is "What will you do to leave your mark on the world?" or "How will you make the world a better place?"

Once I spent some time thinking about that question, I realized that my photography, as profitable as it was, was not going to be the greatest contribution I could make to the world. The information I had gathered over the years in my (very passionate) study of the human mind, spirituality, and the system that has become the Keys To Power, would be the greatest contribution to the world that I could make. And now that I've been working on this project for about 7 months, it is already proving to be more profitable than my photography was! Such is the Power of making a genuine contribution to the world!

Now, lets bring out a very important point here that may get missed otherwise. One of the reasons that making a contribution to the world brings greater prosperity is that contributions are valuable. Value produced equals prosperity received. If you remember this one line, you will always know exactly how to make money.

Many of the people that I usually talk to are a little unsure on exactly what constitutes value, or at least the type of value that can be exchanged for money.

Here are some ideas that will increase the value of any service or product in the eyes of the average consumer.

A pleasant, helpful attitude. "What can I do for you?" "I'd love to do that for you." People have too much to do already.

Smiles and other expressions of joy and happiness. People like to be around happy people.

Behavior that matches that of your customer. People like to be around people like themselves. In this regard, speak just as softly, loudly, fast, or slow as the person you're talking to. Sit if they are sitting, and stand if they are standing. Just don't be obvious about this or it will backfire on you.

Attention to details. This is one of the basic definitions of quality. All of the details of your service or product are the best they can be. This takes time to master, so it is one way to identify a professional as opposed to an amateur.

Genuine interest and caring for your customer. Too many people are going through life without enough appreciation and acceptance. The person who gives this will be rewarded many times over with extra sales.

Excitement and enthusiasm. One reason that sporting events and amusement parks make so much money is because they have so much excitement associated with them. People pay money to experience these feelings.

I think you get the basic idea. People don't always pay money just for a product or service, but also for the experience of getting that product. Here's how it works in my profession, photography. I've seen some very excellent photographers who were able to create absolutely beautiful portraits. But they didn't have the "fun and exciting" personality when working with their customers. Since the customers didn't have fun when getting their portraits taken, they ended up not liking the final results. Other photographers I know are able to create the fun and exciting atmosphere for their customers, and even though the final portraits may not be as good, the customers spend much more money. The only explanation for this is that the customers were paying (or not paying) depending on how much fun they had while getting the photos taken. I've seen the same thing happen in places that change oil in cars, in restaurants, and in many other types of businesses as well.

McDonald's, that king of the fast food business. What value do they offer? Speed, convenience, fun for kids. Definitely not high quality food, even though you would first think that quality food would be a necessity to succeed in a food business. The food meets a minimum standard, but the other qualities of their service wins the majority of their business.

Here's a valuable question. What value do the employees of a business like McDonald's provide? They perform a task that is essential to the operation of the restaurant, but they also offer more than that. The attitude that they have when working affects other employees and the customers as well. Helping the other employees with their jobs adds value to their service, as does being a source of encouragement, inspiration, and information. Employees like this never need to worry about being fired, let go, or laid off.

The last thing that I want to cover is about what kind of possibilities can you pursue. Too many people believe that it's impossible to make money doing the thing they want to do. So let's cover some of the ways money can be made in unconventional ways.

You can be paid to take vacations if you sign on with a travel agency to report on various vacation spots.

You can be paid to tell jokes, play music, or pretend to be someone else in the entertainment industry.

You can be paid to write poetry for many different publications.

You can be paid to take everyday snapshots for various publications.

You can be paid to play golf if you turn professional and compete in the major tournaments.

The same is true for any other sporting activity.

You can be paid to be a mom to other people's kids if you open a daycare center.

You can be paid to be a grandparent in many of today's public schools.

You can be paid to have an overactive imagination in several industries - fiction writing, movie making, and more.

You can be paid to argue if you promote yourself to high level corporate offices. (They sometimes need to see the problems with their ideas before they become problems.)

.....and......

You can be paid to have sex in the porn industry.

So, you see, you can be paid to do just about anything!

Here's one more rule of thumb that will help guide you into the really big money. The more people you can help, the more money you can make. And if you can help people without having to be physically involved, like with a book, a recording, or by performing a program for many people at once, then you have the capability of making huge amounts of money!

Think about it. No matter how much you could charge for your time, you are limited in the amount of money you can make. Even if you could charge $1,000 per hour, you could only make $8,000 per day, or $40,000 per week. But if you write a book that sells 100,000 copies in a week (like some Stephen King novels do), then you could make $250,000 in that week! Without having to do any more work than it took to write the book. Same thing with a recording, whether that is music, instructional, drama, or whatever. Professional athletes are paid millions because they entertain thousands of fans at a time.

So, your key to unlimited prosperity is to find out what you are truly passionate about. Then find out a way you can offer a product or service based on your passion, that will contribute the most good to the world. And figure out how to benefit the greatest number of people at a time. Of course, you probably won't be able to hit the big time right out of the gate. You will probably have to work up to it. But work with patience and consistency, ever mindful of your goal, and you will increase your prosperity tremendously!
